How much does the Chocolate Fountain cost to hire?
The Cocoa Motion service costs from £395.

What chocolate is available?
We are proud to provide only the finest quality chocolate. We can help you make your choice from a wide range of milk, white, dark or chocolate orange in varying options: Belgian, Venezuelan, fairly traded or organic. An endless list for the chocolate connoisseur!

What sweet treats are available?
We’ve spent time selecting only the best locally sourced fare to serve with the Chocolate Fountain. A good selection includes: strawberries, red grapes, banana, apricots, dates, profiteroles, homemade fudge (in varying flavours), marshmallows, marzipan petit fours, brandy snaps, flapjack, apricot and coconut slice, Turkish delight, Cocoa Motion brownies. Our Turkish delight is made by a Turkish family and does not have gelatine in it, therefore it is suitable for vegetarians. However we will be delighted to source your favourite treats and advise you of the suitability.

Where are we based and what area do we cover?
We are based at Ranmoor in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We cover Sheffield and surrounding areas up to a 50 mile radius.

How many people will the Chocolate Fountain serve?
The Chocolate Fountain serves up to 600 people. For larger numbers we would recommend providing two fountains (possibly serving white and milk chocolate).

What events are Chocolate Fountains suitable for?
Any event is suitable. We have found that weddings, engagements, birthdays, Christmas, christenings, corporate events, after show parties and charity events are all popular.

Is Cocoa Motion Insured?
Yes. We have fully comprehensive employers and public liability insurance.

What are your booking arrangements?
When you contact us we like to know about your special event to ensure we can provide just the right service. We will also need to take some details about the venue and your requirements. Upon making a booking, a deposit of £100 is required. We ask that the balance be paid 14 days before the date of the event is due to take place. We accept payment by cheque or cash.
